January 13,2011Do you relate to the main character in your book? How is he or she like or not like you? Compare and contrast the main character's life with yours.
I can relate to the main character in my IRB, Georgie Mason. She is always worring about the wefare of other people, mainly her brother. Similarly, I always tend to worry about people a little too much and just wind up annoying them like Georgie. Now she is nicknamed Saint Georgie, yet she dosn't feel like a saint because she feels like she was unable to help her brother Emmett and her polio-infected friend Phyllis.Just like her I also sometimes feel like I've let someone down.
